The home was extensively refurbished inside, including upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen, while our team focused largely on repainting and restoring the external elements of the property.

Working With an Older Hobart Home
Working on a home from the 1800s meant taking care around the original details and finishes. Internally, new timber needed to sit naturally alongside the existing elements, so our team carefully re-stained it to achieve a close match.
Cooler Hobart weather also needed to be factored into the external painting program. With scaffolding installed around the entire house, we worked around conditions and alongside the other trades to complete the exterior safely and achieve a consistent finish across the property.
The result is a refreshed Battery Point home that retains the details and character of the original property while feeling renewed inside and out.
