Salamanca Apartment – fully refurbished apartment

This Salamanca Apartment refurbish is a fun example of colour and texture, proving that not all walls need to be white. Gold acrylic paint was used in this bathroom renovation which was then over coated with a clear polyurethane to protect both the paint and great artwork in this wet room.

Tasmanian Hitec Painting also installed a detailed embossed wallpaper in the stairwell of the apartment. Four metre drops of wallpaper were carefully cut around stair treads, resulting in a stunning space. We worked during both the design and construction stage of this project over a period of 12 months.
